Press Release: ALBe BACK - "Hi"

    ALBe

My girl Carron over at MoonSixx just sent me the following press release announcing Rapper/Actor ALBe BACK's debut:

Noted Young Poet and Actor Alberto “ALBe Back” Daniels Prepares to Dazzle Hip-Hop
    Audiences with Debut Release

New York City, April 13 /News-Firstcall/ -- Get ready for an experience you’ve all been waiting for.  On April 20th ALBe BACK will release his debut mixtape “Hi.” presented by Mick Boogie also in Association with Digiwaxx Media.  More than a traditional mixtape, “Hi.” has been deemed an “experience,” as it fuses together classic hip-hop and poetry, with the urban music sounds of today. It is sure to take listeners to a zone they’ve never experienced, as it signifies the arrival of ALBe BACK.

The rapper, who was given the name ALBe BACK by his late cousin and Hip-Hop legend Big Pun, has garnered approval from some of hip-hops biggest heavy hitters. “Hi.” features a roster of All-Star talent such as Kanye West, Mos Def, Fabolous, KRS-One, and MC Lyte have all teamed up with ALBe BACK to take you along for the “Hi.” experience.

While this will be ALBe’s first official release, he has already stricken a chord of familiarity with audiences worldwide. Following the success of the Hip-Hop coming of age tale and his film debut in the Will Smith produced movie ATL, where he co-starred along side the likes of T.I., ALBe continued on his quest to establish himself as a wordsmith.  Having also gained attention as a featured poet on HBO’s Russell Simmons Presents Def Poetry, ALBe capitalized on the exposure to introduce the world to his first love: Hip-Hop.  All of this led up to ALBe scoring production credit on Kanye West’s Grammy Award Winning album Graduation, with the fan-favorite “Goodnight” featuring Mos Def.

Many may look at ALBe as a renaissance man, who has accomplished so much at such a young age, whose talents are only limited by his own creativity and imagination. ALBe BACK introduces you to his own unique colorful world of double entendres and metaphors. He pushes the boundaries, with lyrics that make your brain maneuver in every direction to capture meanings; and yet he still appeals to both a commercial audience, as well as core hip-hop fans.

The street catchy single “Mira Mira” featuring Fabolous has been gaining mass love from the New York community. Already receiving spins on New York’s Hot 97, ALBe BACK is being looked at as the new sound from a virtually voiceless Bronx borough. Impacting the birthplace of hip-hop and its surrounding boroughs, the single, which appeals to all demographics, has now began to filtrate its way across the country.

Hi.” will be available for FREE download April 20th, 2009 at www.ALBeBACK.com and www.myspace.com/albemusic.
